Salaamun Alaikum,
Please find below the dates of the third term tests for all classes which will take place during May. A revision list has also been provided detailing the topics that will be covered in these tests.
Parents / guardians are reminded that the marks from these tests will count towards their child's overall mark at the end of the year.
If your child will be absent on the date of the test, the student will be permitted to sit the test at a later date provided an advance notice or notice on the day for a valid reason is given. Class 1: On going oral assessments between 30th October - 20th November Class 3 and 4: Tests will follow a format of either true/false, multiple choice, fill in the blanks with answers given in the box. Please note, questions will be read out to the children. Class 1-4 Quran - Al-Zahra: These are awarded for memorisation and understanding of certain topics and Surahs, therefore children will not be prompted during assessment Third term tests will take place during lesson times

Important Note for Qur’an Assessment: (30th October 2011 - 13th November 2011)
Girls for Classes 5-11 and Boys for Classes 5-7 - Any passage from Sura-e-Mulk (67) and Sura-e-Waqiah (56).
Boys for Classes 8-11 - Any passage from Sura-e-Waqiah (56).
Students will be tested on their Makharij, Long/Short vowels and Fluency.
