For the smooth running of the Madressa, we have developed a structured administration team that has evolved over the years into the present arrangement. 

The administration team is headed by the Principal. He is aided by his Vice Principal, Ladies Co-ordinator, Secretary, Administrative Secretary, Treasurer and the various Heads of Department and other Departmental Heads (see our current organisation here). 

Each teacher reports to his/her Head of Department for issues relating to the subject taught and for guidance in matters relating to that subject as well as general best practice guidelines where the Madressa Administration has not formally stated a particular procedure. The Head of Department forms a liaison between the administration and the teacher.

For issues relating to discipline and for an issue not directly related to the subject taught, the teacher should approach the Vice Principal in the Gents and the Lady Co-ordinator in the Ladies.
