Salaamun Alaikum,
Sports Day - Sunday 11th July
This Sunday, the Madressa will hold its annual sports day and BBQ. Please note that there will be no classes for students.
The activities organised are as below:
Classes 1-3: Children will be at Gambardo activity centre in Watford from 10am - 12pm. The cost will be £3 per child. Parents are requested to drop and pick up their children from Gambardo.
Class 4+ (Girls): Will be at Top Golf in Watford. Parents are also invited to attend and should drop their children off to Top Golf at 10am. The cost will be £5 per person. Transport will be arranged to return all to the centre at 12pm.
Class 4+ (boys): Will have various sporting activities (football, cricket and volleyball) at the Rugby field from 10am onwards. Parents are also encouraged to attend and participate.
BBQ: Open to all, and will begin serving after Zohr Salaat. Cost for adults will be £3 per person. (Students will be free)
Term 2 Test - Online Assessment
Similar to last year, class 5-11 will complete Term 2 test by way of online assessment. This will be completed during the summer and Mahe Ramadhan break witha due date of 30th September. Detailed instructions will follow in separate communication next week, IA.
Charts submission during summer break
The Salaat & Quran chart system will undergo some maintenance during summer break and hence will be suspended during this time.
The last chart to complete will be for w/c 5 July 2010.
The Salaat & Quran chart will be expected to resume during Mahe Ramadhan but further communication regarding this will be made closer to the time.
Madressa re-opens 19th September 2010
Madressa will be closed following sports day, and will re open on Sunday 19th September. We would like to extend to all our thanks appreciation for you continuing support of the Madressa. Please remember us in your duas and aamaals on the auspicious nights ahead
