Tests - Sunday 9th May 
A reminder to parents that Fiqh tests will be taking place this Sunday 9th May for class 5-11. Furthermore, Quran assessments will also be taking place over the next three weeks up until Sunday 23rd May. Students will be tested individually particularly in the areas of makharij, short vowels and fluency.

Thorpe Park - Sun 30 May 2010

Walk of Compassion - Update
Ukambani_2_webAlhamdulillah, we are pleased to let you know that, thanks to you all, in excess of £5,500 has been raised through the Walk of Compassion to Karbala 2010, in aid of drought victims in Ukumbani, Kenya. We truly appreciate your support in working with your children to raise the funds that will, Insha Allah, provide food for the starving in this region.

As this charity campaign draws to a close, we are also appealing to you to ensure that, if they have not already done so, your children collect their sponsorship money and hand it in to the Madressa office as soon as possible.

While we have raised enough funds Insha Allah to provide emergency food rations for the people of Ukumbani for one month, any further funds to help them in the difficult months ahead would be most appreciated.
