Salaamun Alaikum

Dear Parents,

We would like to kindly draw your attention to the following points:

Car Park & Traffic

We have been informed by Rugby Management that we will not have access to any parking in the Rugby car park until 1.30pm as they have various rugby matches taking place.  Undoubtedly this will result in additional cars entering our Centre on Sundays.  To assist all of us and reduce the traffic and congestion may we request you to please leave your homes few minutes early and arrive into the centre between 9:30am and 9:45am.  This will also help all of us to commence our lessons by 10am.

In addition we would urge all parents who have children in classes 5 and above to use the FREE shuttle service from Lidl car park at the bottom of Dennis Lane. The shuttle will operate from 9:30am to 10:30am. For those parents who would like to drop their children in their respective classes can use the shuttle service and we will drop them back to their cars parked in Lidl.

In the event that the Centre car parks are full at the time you arrive we will direct you the Lidl car park from where the shuttle service will pick you up.

Classroom Revisions

Please find attached a classroom map of where your child’s class is located going forward.

Salaat & Quran Charts

A gentle reminder to all parents to ensure that Quran and Salaat charts are completed as normal.

SIM Cares - Kerbala Walk of Compassion:

Insha-Allah you will all have received the registration and sponsorship forms for this project and I hope that your children will have taken benefit from the attendance at the majalises to collect sponsorship for their walk. We would like to remind you that in order to take part, we will need to have registered the students and receive the £2 sponsorship fee. Please can you ensure that your children bring their completed registration form together with £2 so that we are able to register them for this drive.

Please do continue to encourage your children to collect sponsorship from family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. This is a useful way to show support for the message of Imam (as) by continuing to feed the hungry today in memory of the hunger and thirst of the martyrs of Kerbala. It is also a useful way to share the message of Kerbala with those who may not be as familiar with it as you are.
