Dear Parents,
We would like to kindly draw your attention to the following points:
Class 1-4 information (**Important - All Class 1-4 Parents please read**)
To help with the overcrowding at Drop off and Pick up times for children in classes 1 - 4 please take note of new arrangements that will be in place from Sunday 24th January 2010. Children in Classes 2A, 2B, 3A2, 3B2 and 4A need to be taken to their classes from the Main Building. Their entrance will be from the door before the jamaat office door, using the central staircase to the first floor. Please follow the signs to guide you.For children in classes 1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 4B, 4B2 and 4A2 their drop off and pick up will remain the same using the back staircase (to the Montesorri) in the Ladies Hall. Ladies who are dropping children in these classes can further help with congestion by using the main ladies entrance and use the staircase behind the Zari room to get the children to their classes. Ladies are also requested to obeserve Hijab when coming to the center at all times. Parents are requested NOT to come and collect their children before 1.30pm as it causes disruption to the classes. \
Hijab
The Madressa wishes to impart Islamic values to all its students and encourage them to fulfil their Islamic obligations. We kindly request parents to observe Hijab whilst in the centre in order to assist the Madressa in setting a positive example for all students. Furthermore, parents are requested to ensure their children also comply with obligations of Hijab.
Quran & Salaat Charts
The Quran and Salaat chart online assessments will begin from the 24th January 2010. Further details will follow in subsequent communications.
Timings
Madressa begins at 10am sharp and all students should be seated in their respective class rooms by this time. Lateness to lessons causes disruption to teachers as well as students and we would urge all parents to ensure that they bring their children on time and plan accordingly for potential traffic jams, particularly outside our centre. We have introduced the shuttle service precisely for this reason, to assist parents in bringing their children to Madressa on time. Please make use of this service, which runs from the car park in Lidl from 9:40am on a weekly basis. This will also enable parents to avoid entering the centre and the traffic queues. If you have any queries on the above points, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of the administration team or email admin@madressanet.
