By joining the Madressa, the teacher undertakes a responsibility to structure their lessons to the best of their ability and to teach according to the syllabus laid down by the Madressa. There should be no deviation from the syllabus without the approval of the Head of Department. This is by no means a restriction on teachers, nor is it intended that teachers should approach lessons in a robotic fashion, reading directly from the manual. Rather it is a safeguard to ensure that parents are aware of what is being imparted to their children from the Madressa. Furthermore, over the course of the year all students should have an equal opportunity to attain high marks in the exams.

Teachers should adhere to the highest code of conduct so as to set an example to the students both within the Madressa and outside. This is guided by our mission as the Madressa to: “Teach by Actions rather than Words”.
