Fees: £40 per child per annum
Please provide the relevant fees for your child's enrolment for the 2012 academic year along with the enrolment forms. This must be in the form of a cheque made out to
S I Madressa (please do not send cash).
The enrolment forms should be posted to the following address by 13 January 2012. If forms are received after this date then they may be held on our waiting list if there is insufficient space.

We will communicate with all parents in the new year whether their child will have a place in Madressa. We estimate that this communication will be sent out by mid-January 2012 to those who submitted an enrolment form by 13 January 2012. However, depending on the resources we have available this may take longer although we will ensure our website is up to date with where we are on this process.
Please do not email the Madressa to request an update on the status of any enrolment prior to 22nd January 2012 as it is unlikely we will be able to respond to any such emails before this date.

FAQs
Q) How old do children need to be to enrol for Madressa?
A) Children must be 4 years of age prior to July 1st of the calendar year in which they are being enrolled. For 2012, a child must have attained the age of 4 before 1st July 2012 to be eligible for enrolment.
Q) What class will my child enrol in, in 2012?

Q) I have one child who will be eligible for enrolment and one child who is already enrolled in the Madressa. What should I do?
A) You should submit an enrolment form for the child who is not enrolled, and await further instructions for re-enrolling the child who is already enrolled within Madressa
Q) I submitted an enrolment form and would like to know if my child has a place in Madressa for 2012, how do I find out?
A) InshaAllah your child will have a place in Madressa, but it is important that you await our communications in this matter
Q) What if I do not have a cheque book, can I pay by cash or credit / debit card for my child's enrolment?
A) No, unfortunately for the time being new enrolments may only pay their fees by cheque. The payments process for parents wishing to re-enrol students has yet to be confirmed.
Q) I submitted my enrolment form I good time before the deadline, however I have not yet received a response and it is now after the 22nd January 2012. What should I do?

Q) I would like to enrol in the Farsi / Arabic class next year, how do I do this?
A) Please complete the enrolment form above, but please ensure that you note on the enrolment form that you are enrolling for the beginners / advanced Farsi / Arabic class.
