If a student is absent on the date of the test/exam, the student will be permitted to sit the test/exam at a later date. This will only be authorised provided an advance notice is given. The notice must be given in writing or via email by the parents to the Madressa Office.

The administration team will notify the relevant teacher / department in advance if an absent student will be allowed to sit the test/exam.

A teacher should not allow students to sit the test/exam at a later date unless advised by the administration team, or they should refer the parent / child to the administration team if and when the situation arises.
